CHOMP POP Privacy Policy

CHOMP POP is a mobile game developed and published by Egorip. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use CHOMP POP.
1. Camera and Face Tracking
CHOMP POP uses your device’s front-facing camera to provide its face-controlled gameplay.
The game uses camera input and facial landmark detection to recognise gameplay actions such as head movement and mouth movement.
Camera images and facial tracking information used for gameplay are processed on your device. Egorip does not operate a server that receives or stores your live camera feed, facial images, or facial landmark data.
CHOMP POP requires camera permission for its face-controlled gameplay. If camera permission is not granted, the game’s primary gameplay functionality may not operate.
2. Game Face and Sharing
CHOMP POP may allow you to create and share a score card containing an image captured from your gameplay.
Your game face may be displayed in the share-card preview by default. You are given the option to remove your face before sharing.
Sharing is initiated by you using Android’s sharing features. CHOMP POP does not automatically publish or send your score card to social media, messaging services, or other third parties.
3. Game Data Stored on Your Device
CHOMP POP may store limited game information locally on your device, such as high scores, Daily Challenge scores, gameplay progress or preferences.
This information is used to provide game functionality and is not stored by Egorip on an external account or game server.
4. Advertising
CHOMP POP displays advertisements using Google AdMob.
Google and its advertising partners may collect or process information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, diagnostic information, app interactions and other information required to provide, measure and improve advertising services.
CHOMP POP may display interstitial advertisements between games and may offer optional rewarded advertisements that provide an in-game benefit, such as continuing a game.
The information collected and processed by Google is governed by Google’s own privacy policies and advertising practices.

5. Children’s Privacy
CHOMP POP is designed as a casual game and does not require users to create an account or directly provide Egorip with their name, email address, telephone number or other contact information.
Egorip does not knowingly collect children’s personal information through its own servers.
Third-party services used by the app, including Google AdMob, may process information as described in their respective privacy policies. Advertising configuration may also depend on applicable laws, the user’s region and the age audience selected for the app.
6. Third-Party Services
CHOMP POP uses third-party technologies and services that may include:
- Google AdMob
- Google Mobile Ads SDK
- Android CameraX
- Google MediaPipe
These services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
CameraX and MediaPipe are used to enable camera and face-controlled gameplay. CHOMP POP does not use them to identify who you are.
7. Data Security
CHOMP POP is designed to minimise the amount of personal information handled by Egorip. Face tracking required for gameplay is performed locally on the device rather than being sent to an Egorip-operated server.
No method of electronic processing or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but reasonable measures are taken to limit unnecessary collection and processing of information.
8. Your Choices
You can control CHOMP POP’s access to your camera through your Android device settings.
You may choose whether to use the game’s sharing functionality and can remove your game face from a score card before sharing it.
Advertising and privacy controls provided by Google or your Android device may also allow you to manage certain advertising preferences.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated if CHOMP POP’s features, services or legal requirements change.
Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
